What is the typical Class size?
The typical class size is between 6 and 10 people. We keep the classes small so that participants get the maximum opportunity to understand new concepts and practice new skills. This is not a class where you sit back and listen to an expert drone on and one through a power point presentation. You role up your sleeves and practice. The goal after all is not to make you smarter, but to make you more effective in acquiring new clients.
Will I come away with a plan?
Yes you will come away with a plan, and more than a plan. You plan will be supported by very specific skills (behaviors and actions) that you will be able to practice immediately.
Is there follow up to prevent “failure to implement”?
Some participants join our Most Valuable Practices program. Some participants utilize our Rainmaking coaching program. This brings a Rainmaker graduate into relationship with a confidential advisor. Our coach reviews Rainmaker principles and provides direct targeted support to help Rainmakers develop the new skills they have learned.
Is there a guarantee?
If, by lunch the first day of the workshop, you are not satisfied with the session for any reason, let us know and we will refund your entire workshop fee.
