Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a seminar you signed up for, you may cancel up to three days before the event to receive a refund less a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations made less than three days prior will be refunded the course fee, less a $40.00 processing and material fee. No shows (or cancellations made after the start of the program) will forfeit the entire registration fee.

In order to cancel a registration, the user needs to email us at info@prohorizons.com with the subject line of "Seminar Cancellation."  The content of the email should identify the name and date of seminar and the contact information you registered under.  Also, as a security precaution, we do not keep credit card numbers on file so you will need to provide the credit card number you would like the credit to be applied to, we understand if you would prefer to do this over the phone.
