Ordering a webinar through our site will send you directly to CPE Link's site where you can complete your registration and, on the date specified, attend the presentation. In addition, as a visitor to CPE Link's site via ProHorizons, you will receive 10% off of all other CPE Link courses for one year. ProHorizons will not retain your registration information, so please click here if you wish to register as a buyer or contact us about selling your practice.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a webcast, you may cancel up to three days before the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than three days prior will be refunded the course fee, less a $25 administrative fee. No shows (or cancellations made after the start of the program) will forfeit the entire registration fee.
In order to cancel a registration, the user needs to sign into My Account at http://www.cpelink.com/ using your email address and password and go to the My CPE page from My Account. The cancellation link is located next to the webcast title.
