Individual Coaching

The individual Rainmaker Coaching program is ideal for people who have marketing and business development skills but find that they get diverted or preoccupied before attaining their business development targets. This vital interaction with a personal coach provides training, support, and motivation to assure you reach your goals.  Sessions include the development of a personal profile to identify your unique strengths as well as opportunities for growth.  They include regular review of goals and the critical success factors that assure you achieve them.  The coach will offer feedback, help strategize and also hold each individual accountable for performance.

Rainmaker Group Program

This bi-weekly web based conference group includes coaching in a group session.  Members will become a mutually supportive learning community as they participate in a vibrant learning experience, receiving encouragement with on-going training and support.
