Brad Hardin to Lead ProHorizons’ Southeast Expansion

Los Altos, California – June 5, 2005 – ProHorizons is excited to announce that D. Brad Hardin, JD, CPA, CVA has joined our team in an effort to lead ProHorizons’ geographic expansion in the Southeast. Brad will provide consulting and brokerage services in the area of sales, mergers, and acquisitions of accounting and tax firms located in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, and Florida.

About D. Brad Hardin, JD, CPA, CVA
Brad is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a licensed attorney in Alabama, having received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Spring Hill College and his law degree from Jones School of Law. He also holds the Certified Valuation Analyst designation. His law practice is heavily weighted toward the mergers and acquisitions market, having facilitated transactions as large as $16.5 million.

Brad is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Alabama Bar Association, the Mobile Society of CPAs and Bar Association, the Mobile Estate Planning Council, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Brad’s experiences include both public and private accounting.
