Confidentiality Statement

ProHorizons maintains a firm commitment to the privacy and confidentiality of our buyers and sellers. We believe that the business and personal goals of our clients must remain private and confidential. Upon entering a business relationship with ProHorizons, buyers are required to sign Buyer's Agreement, which includes a confidentiality clause. Our staff then takes great care in protecting the anonymity of our clients. We will release confidential data regarding an available practice to a prospective buyer only if we have a signed buyer agreement in-hand. Conversely, business and personal information will be released to a seller only when the prospective buyer has granted permission.
